Calm Ambien is a web-based ambient sound mixer that allows users to combine and play background sounds for focus, relaxation, and sleep. The Service offers both free and premium subscription plans.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Free Plan
- Access to all free sounds at no cost.
- 30-second previews of premium sounds.
- Guest users (not logged in) may use the service for up to 60 seconds per session.
Premium Plan
- Unlimited access to all sounds, including premium content.
- New sounds added monthly.
- Billed monthly at $5.99/month or annually at $47.99/year.
- Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- We do not store your payment information on our servers.
- All prices are listed in US dollars (USD).
- Taxes may apply depending on your location.
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
- If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 30 days at the email address below.
- All sounds, designs, logos, and content on Calm Ambien are the property of Calm Ambien or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
- Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any content.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our audio content.
- Use automated tools to access the Service without permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calm Ambien shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
